Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Maison d'argile, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Return Policy
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable items include final sale items, gift cards.
Cancelling your order / workshop
You have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within seven working days of receipt. You must notify Customer Service in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order within 14 working days of receiving your items. Cancelling group workshops: 2 days before the class with 50% prepayment. In case you haven't cancelled the workshop 48 hours in advance, 50% of the price is non-refundable.
Cancelling month-long term workshops: 10 days before the workshop starts. In case you haven't cancelled the workshop 10 days in advance, 50% of the price is non-refundable.
Cancelling private workshops are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
How to Return
Contact our customer service team at maisondargile@gmail.com to initiate a return. You will receive instructions on where to send your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to assist you.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition (unused, with tags and packaging). How to Exchange? Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. What to Do? Please contact us immediately at maisondargile@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and a description (or photo) of the defect.
