A 4-week pottery wheel course for beginners. Learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing, from wedging and centering clay to shaping, trimming, and glazing your own ceramic pieces. Small group setting with individual guidance throughout the course. 5 September Introduction to Wheel Throwing * Clay preparation and wedging * Introduction to the pottery wheel * Learning to center clay * Throwing cylinders * Experimenting with basic forms and shapes 12 September Developing Shapes * Refining throwing techniques * Creating different vessel forms * Working on bowls, cups, and other shapes * Improving consistency and control 19 September Trimming & Finishing * Trimming leather-hard pieces * Creating and refining foot rings * Surface finishing techniques * Preparing work for glazing 26 September Glazing Session * Introduction to glaze application * Choosing glaze combinations * Glazing finished pieces * Final preparation for firing Finished pieces will be ready for collection after firing. Price is calculated for 4 workshops and for 1 person. Disclaimers: * *Each class last 4 hours. *The workshop is in English / Czech.  *Each person will take home 6 of their favorite pieces. *The pieces will be ready 10-14 days after the end of the course. Extra piece for an additional fee 170Kc.  *An extra day can be booked for an additional fee for you to glaze your own pieces under my guidance.  *All materials are included in the price.  *Beginner friendly.
